Michael Nicholas

Michael Nicholas has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with Pfizer Inc. As an Interim District Manager in 2007, responsibility included leading the New Haven District and coaching representatives. Between 1999 and 2004, as a Specialty Representative, Michael achieved territorial sales exceeding 9 million dollars and served as an informal leader for local teams while mentoring new sales representatives. In the role of Senior Manager - Training, Michael worked with leadership teams to enhance Sales Force readiness by developing and implementing strategies such as the Customer-Focused Selling model and Customer Segmentation, and played a key role in designing the Training Curricula for Pfizer's Closed-Loop Marketing platform. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
