Michael Sobotka is the Vice President of Data Science at Pfizer, where they focus on transforming enterprise AI into a robust capability that yields significant business outcomes. Previously, they held several leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Senior Director of Commercialization Data Science and Executive Director of Analytical AI, leading diverse teams to leverage innovative data-driven solutions. With a background at the United States Department of Defense as a Senior Electrical Engineer and experience in business strategy at PPL Corporation, Michael has a proven track record in advanced data science and machine learning. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Strategy and Analytics at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
