Mike Ford

Mike Ford is a co-founding board member and treasurer at Bridge the Gap Learning Center, where they oversee financial strategy and budgeting to support educational programs for children and teens facing learning challenges. Currently, they manage annual budgets exceeding $100K and collaborate with the board to secure grants and sponsorships, leveraging their expertise in forecasting to drive revenue growth. Previously, Mike held various positions at Pfizer from 2018 to 2022, culminating as a Forecasting Manager, and worked as a production supervisor at Tri Tech Labs from 2004 to 2010. Mike is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at Liberty University.
