Mike Patton has over 20 years of experience in business process management and technical project management. Currently serving as Director of Business Process Solutions at Pfizer since December 2008, Mike leads the Business Process Management Center of Excellence, supporting over 1,000 global users across multiple applications. Prior to this role, Mike held positions at Accenture as a Technical Project Manager, focusing on custom web application development, and at Idea Integration and IBM as a Systems Consultant and Consultant, respectively. Earlier career experience includes consulting roles at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and a position as a Helpdesk Tech at SIGNAL Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
