Mike Poleto

Mike Poleto is a results-driven leader with over twenty years of experience in Sales, Training, Account Management, Market Access, and Market Readiness across the rare disease, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics industries. Previously, Mike held various positions at Biogen from 2009 to 2018, including Key Account Manager and Rare Disease Account Executive, and worked at Athena Diagnostics as a Sales Representative and Regional Trainer from 2007 to 2009. Currently, Mike manages accounts in the Rare Disease Division at Pfizer, specializing in Hemophilia. Mike holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh, which they completed in 1999.
