Milind Patil

Milind Patil is currently the Regional Finance Lead for the Emerging Markets Asia region and CFO for India at Pfizer, while also serving as a board member. With extensive experience in finance leadership across various global companies, Milind has previously held significant roles including CFO for the Middle East North Africa region at Novartis and Director of Finance at Parke Davis/Warner Lambert India. Milind’s educational background includes completing multiple finance leadership programs at Harvard Business School and an FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. They have lived and worked in diverse regions including the Middle East, India, the USA, the Far East, and Europe, demonstrating a strong capability in managing business transformations and fostering inclusive work environments.
