MingLe Lin

MingLe Lin is an engineering professional currently serving as the US Lead and Global Electrical Program Lead at Pfizer, where they focus on utilities, facilities, and engineering with an emphasis on energy sustainability and reliability. They possess a diverse background in engineering management and have successfully led cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Previously, MingLe worked at Raytheon as a software/test engineer and held various roles in the US Navy as a reactor operator. They also have extensive project management experience, having overseen numerous electrical projects at Pfizer since 2002. MingLe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
