Mustafa Cem ACIK has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and nutrition industries, having worked at Pfizer from 2008 to 2025 in various leadership roles, including Oncology & Specialty Care Group Lead and Country Manager for Turkey. Prior to their tenure at Pfizer, Mustafa served as General Manager at Nestlé Nutrition Turkey from 2012 to 2013 and held positions at McKinsey & Company and American Airlines. Mustafa holds a BS from Boğaziçi University and an MBA/MSIA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
