Naihan Chen

Naihan Chen is currently the Associate Director and Clinical Pharmacology Lead at Pfizer, where they are responsible for designing and implementing Clinical Pharmacology strategies. Naihan previously served as a Senior Manager and Manager in the same department at Pfizer from 2019 to 2023. They began their academic journey at Smith College, graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in Biochemistry, before earning a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they graduated one year early and published extensively. Naihan has also gained valuable experience through internships at Massachusetts General Hospital and Merck.
