Natalie Grieve

Natalie Grieve is currently the mRNA Analytical Lead at Pfizer, where they draw upon extensive Quality experience in generics, biopharma, and contract testing laboratories across Ireland and the UK. Previously, they served as the QC Network Analytical Lead at Pfizer from 2007 to 2016, leading a team of QC Analysts and overseeing laboratory operations and compliance with industry standards. Natalie began their career as a QC Analyst at various organizations, including Tepnel Scientific Services Ltd. and Avecia Biotechnology, where they gained proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC and cGMP. They hold a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Strathclyde and a HDip in Leadership Development from University College Cork.
