Odi Ikpe

Odi Ikpe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as President of DISCOVER, a nonprofit focused on diversity and inclusion in the supply chain, Odi also holds the position of Director, COVID-19 Vaccine Brand Supply Leader at Pfizer since May 2022. Previous roles include Associate Director of Supply Chain Management at Merck, where responsibilities included global planning for the GARDASIL vaccine, and Senior Supply Chain Lead at The Clorox Company. Odi's career began with various internships in industrial engineering, leading to roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Duke University Health System. Odi holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, an MS in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
