Om Arora currently serves as SVP, Global Commercial Excellence and Enablement Lead at Pfizer since January 2024. Prior to this role, Om held various senior leadership positions within Pfizer from 2004 to 2023, including SVP, Head of People Experience for the Pfizer Biopharmaceuticals Group, and Regional President of Latin America, overseeing the innovative portfolio in the region. Om's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President and Chief-of-Staff to the Chairman & CEO, and leading marketing strategy for key portfolios such as Hepatitis C and HIV. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Chemistry from the University of Chicago, and a BSc in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
