Paul Bolfing

Paul Bolfing is currently the Lab Systems Business Lead at Pfizer, where they focus on workflow optimization and compliance for lab systems. Previously, they served as a Business System Specialist and Scientist, managing various lab systems and leading training initiatives within the organization. Paul began their career in education as a substitute teacher and has held multiple roles in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining extensive experience in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance. They earned a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from The Johns Hopkins University and hold dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in German Language and Literature, and International/Global Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
