They have extensive experience managing technical staff and operations in major companies including Abbott, Hospira, and Pfizer, overseeing product development, material qualifications, and packaging for a vast array of drug products. With a PhD in Polymer Science from The University of Akron, they have demonstrated expertise in material science and polymer processing throughout their career. Currently, Paul utilizes their knowledge to drive strategies in global sterile injectables.
