Pooja Arora

Pooja Arora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Director at Pfizer since August 2014, after holding the position of Associate Director. Prior to Pfizer, Pooja worked at Genentech as a Senior Manufacturing Technical Specialist and at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Research Investigator II. Pooja has led cross-functional teams in the development and execution of CMC activities for drug products and manufacturing processes for biologics, conducted technical transfers, and authored reports for regulatory filings. With a strong background in protein formulation development and analytical characterization, Pooja has managed significant projects while also focusing on team development and collaboration across departments. Pooja's academic credentials include a PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Duke University, an MSc from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a BSc with Honors from Delhi University.
