Prem Gurung

Prem Gurung is a PhD candidate in Organic Chemistry at The University of Toledo, where they currently serve as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant. With over four years of hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry, Prem specializes in the design, optimization, and synthesis of polysaccharides and vaccine candidates. They have developed a novel glycosylation methodology using Gold(I) catalyst and have experience in supervising and mentoring students. Prem holds a Master's degree from Tribhuvan University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution.
