Rachel D'Lima has held various roles in human resources and employee relations throughout their career. They began at Ocwen Financial Solutions from 2004 to 2011, then served as HR Business Partner at Serco Global Services from 2012 to 2014. Rachel held several positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business from 2014 to 2016 before becoming Associate Director, Employee Relations Lead at TIAA from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Rachel is the Director of Employee Relations for the APAC region at Pfizer.
