Rachel Falcon

Rachel Falcon is a seasoned professional in chemical engineering and process optimization, with extensive experience across various industries. Starting as a Design Assistant at Ville de Montréal, Rachel developed 2D and 3D computer models before moving on to roles in production supervision and engineering at Xstrata Copper CCR and Xstrata Zinc CEZinc. Rachel honed manufacturing engineering skills at PM Engineered Solutions, focusing on powder metallurgy, and later took on significant responsibilities at Pfizer as a Digital Quality and Manufacturing Innovation Manager and currently as Senior Manager for Continuous Manufacturing API projects. Additionally, Rachel led development initiatives at MacDermid Enthone Electronics Solutions, emphasizing product scale-up from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, leveraging strong project management and engineering principles to enhance efficiency and quality in production processes. Education was attained at Polytechnique Montréal with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering specializing in Process and Biotechnology.
