Ralph Caruso is a global commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of PFE Enterprise Launch & Portfolio Maximization, and Marketing Excellence & Academy at Pfizer. Previously, Ralph held various leadership roles, including Vice President positions in Specialty Care, Oncology, Inflammation, and Global Commercial Development, where they directed marketing strategies and portfolio management for multi-billion dollar product lines. Additionally, Ralph is the Enterprise Lead for the Out Pfizer Employee Network, focusing on supporting LGBTQ+ colleagues and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
