Randolph Aguero

Randolph Aguero has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, having held various leadership roles in access, reimbursement, and business development. At Pfizer, from November 2016 to May 2021, Aguero served as Access & Reimbursement Regional Director, leading a team focused on improving patient access for rare diseases across the Western USA. Prior roles at Pfizer included Major Account Executive for Rare Diseases, where initiatives for cardiac amyloidosis patient support were launched, and Biosimilars Portfolio Representative responsible for establishing the Biosimilars division in Oregon. Prior to Pfizer, Aguero worked as a Hospital Sales Representative at Seqirus, Director of Strategic Partnerships at MedRehab Specialists, and Director of Business Development at Carolina Speech Pathology. Aguero began a career in sales management at Cook Medical as a Regional Sales Manager. Aguero holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Redlands and further education from Willamette University.
