Rasheedah Collins

Rasheedah Collins, M.Ed., currently serves as the Community AI Partnerships Manager at Pfizer, focusing on supporting the growth strategy for artificial intelligence learning and development. Previously, Rasheedah held the position of Program Manager for Early-Career Diversity and STEM Talent Recruitment, where efforts were geared towards attracting and developing tech talent through experiential learning initiatives. At the University of Pennsylvania, Rasheedah worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Interim Associate Director, collaborating with HR and senior leaders on recruitment processes and coaching talent acquisition staff. Prior experience includes serving as a University Technical Recruiter at AVEVA, leading a STEM internship program, and directing workforce development at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University and a Master of Education from Widener University, along with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's University.
