Ray Tully

Ray Tully possesses extensive experience in analytical and applied chemistry, with a solid foundation in organic chemistry from a PhD obtained at Dublin City University. Tully began a career at Forest Laboratories as an Analytical Chemist, focusing on the analytical testing of active ingredients for tablet products. A notable tenure at Henkel involved roles as Lead Chemist/Group Leader for the Acrylate Platform, where project management and innovative problem-solving were key, as well as contributions as a Research Chemist on a team developing crash-resistant adhesives for automotive use. Tully also served as Lead Innovator for 3D Printing Product Development, where development of formulations met specific safety standards. Recently, Tully held positions as a Senior Scientist and Process Development Scientist at Pfizer.
