Rene's career began at the University of Connecticut Health Center as a Data and Grant Manager from 1994 to 2000, followed by an Executive Administrator and Adjunct Assistant Professor position at New York University until 2005. Rene then worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Clinical Site Manager from 2005 to 2007.
