Rich Pelt

Rich Pelt is the Senior Director of Vaccines CMC Regulatory Affairs at Pfizer, where they have been involved in managing global regulatory activities for development-stage and marketed vaccines since 2005. With over 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical CMC regulatory affairs, Rich has previously held roles at Radian International, PDL BioPharma, and GSK, where they specialized in risk assessment, regulatory submissions, and project management. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in interacting with global health authorities and leading multifunctional teams for strategic planning and execution.
