Robert Christman, CEM, CMRP, CPMM, is a versatile and accomplished reliability, maintenance, and process engineer with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. Throughout their career, they have held various leadership roles, focusing on reliability engineering, maintenance best practices, and improving process efficiency at global corporations including Pfizer and Genzyme. Robert's expertise encompasses a wide range of specialties, from Lean 6-Sigma to risk analysis and project management. They earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Thomas More University and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, alongside other leadership training. Robert continues to contribute at a corporate level, advocating for safe work environments and mentoring future leaders.
