Robert Lamppa P.E.

Robert Lamppa, P.E. LEED AP, has extensive experience in facilities management and sustainability, including leadership roles at the University of Wisconsin Madison as Executive Director of Physical Plant and Interim Co-Director of the Office of Sustainability, overseeing a substantial operating budget and a workforce of 950. Additionally, Robert served as Director of Facilities Management at the University of Maine at Farmington, Director of Sustainability and Energy Management at Oberlin College, and Director of Energy, Infrastructure, and Chief Sustainability Officer at Wellesley College. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager roles at Malt-O-Meal Company and Pfizer, as well as Manager of Corporate Environmental Engineering at Land O' Lakes, Inc. Robert holds a BS in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology and is pursuing studies in Sustainable Planning and Energy Management at the University of Oslo.
