Roger Smith

Roger Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Global Logistics and Network Services at Pfizer since September 2005. In this role, Roger oversees the distribution of 50 billion doses of medicine to over 180 countries, ensuring successful logistics and customer service. Prior positions at Pfizer include Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain activities for over 100 markets, and Head of Logistics and Supply Operations for the AfME region, where strategic partnerships and operational excellence were key focuses. Roger's earlier career at Unilever UK involved various roles in supply chain management and human resources, culminating as HR Director for Supply Chain. Roger holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Nottingham and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
