Roushan Afroze

Roushan (Jasmine) Afroze is a results-driven analytical scientist and pharmaceutical professional currently serving as a QCA Scientist III at Pfizer. With a robust background in method development, validation, and tech transfer, Roushan has successfully developed new SOPs and assays utilizing a variety of analytical techniques. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Investigator at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and an Associate Research Chemist at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Roushan contributed to the synthesis and analysis of small molecules and radiopharmaceuticals. Roushan is pursuing both a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry at Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry at Tufts University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Dhaka.
