Ruben Atilho

Ruben Atilho, PhD, is currently a Director of Portfolio and Decision Analysis at Pfizer, with previous experience as an Associate Director of R&D Strategy and Operations at TrialSpark. Before these roles, they were an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they supported leading pharmaceutical companies in areas such as strategy and operations. Ruben earned a PhD in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, where they focused on the discovery of novel non-coding RNAs with potential applications in antibiotic drug development. They also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Quinnipiac University.
