Ryan Fleming, PharmD, CACP, DPLA, is a Clinical Pharmacy Leader with extensive experience in program development and integration within large health systems. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Medicine & Hospital - Field Medical Outcomes and Analytics for Pfizer, Ryan has been recognized regionally and nationally for excellence in clinical and administrative pharmacy practice. Ryan’s background includes roles as a Healthcare Consultant at the Anticoagulation Forum and Clinical Pharmacy Manager for Thrombosis Services at University of Utah Health. Additionally, Ryan completed PGY1 and PGY2 residencies, and served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. Ryan earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy.
