Sander de Beer

Sander de Beer is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of international experience in R&D environments. They currently serve as Vice President of Human Resources for Worldwide R&D at Pfizer, where they lead an HR team to implement talent strategies and culture change. Previously, Sander held senior roles at Pfizer and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, providing HR support across multiple regions including the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Sander earned a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
