Sara Linker

Sara Linker Ph.D. is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in computational biology and genetics. At the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, notable roles included Staff Scientist focusing on single-cell transcriptomics to understand memory, and a previous tenure as Postdoc. Sara Linker transitioned to Pfizer as a Senior Computational Biologist after earlier work at Silicon Kinetics as a Laboratory Technician. In November 2022, Sara Linker advanced to Senior Principal Computational Biologist at Pfizer. Academic training culminated in a PhD in Human/Medical Genetics from the University of Miami, where research focused on the distribution of retrotransposons in the human genome. Prior research experience includes roles at the National Center for Forensic Science and endeavors in forensic analysis.
