Sara Pierson

Sara Pierson is currently the Sr. Director of the Clinical Trial Ecosystem Group at Pfizer. With a focus on continuous improvement and positive leadership, Sara has held multiple leadership roles in patient recruitment and clinical project management at various organizations, including PAREXEL and Inclinix. They began their career at MMG, Inc. as an Independent Contractor and have consistently contributed to enhancing clinical trial processes. Sara is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
