Scott Henry

Scott Henry has extensive experience in biochemistry and drug development, beginning with a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington, where research focused on smart polymers for drug delivery. After serving as a Graduate Research Assistant, Scott progressed through several roles in leading pharmaceutical companies, including Seattle Genetics, PhaseRx, Seagen, and Pfizer. Key responsibilities have included leading cross-functional teams in CMC, overseeing analytical method development and characterization for antibody and antibody drug conjugates, and managing product development from clinical proof of concept to market launch. Scott's expertise encompasses advanced polymer systems, analytical biochemistry, and technical leadership within the industry.
