Serena Wo

Serena Wo is a biochemist with extensive research experience in various academic and industry settings. Serena worked as an undergraduate researcher at Anthony-Cahill Lab at Western Washington University, focusing on blood substitutes and cancer therapy. Following this, Serena held scientific positions at Pfizer, Seagen, and Seattle Genetics, demonstrating expertise in binding kinetics and molecular techniques such as X-ray crystallography and various chromatography methods. As a graduate student researcher, Serena investigated the binding mechanism of blood coagulation factor VIII. Additional volunteer experience includes contributions to the Whatcom Humane Society and other organizations. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Western Washington University.
