Sherell Bains

Sherell Bains serves as Administrative Lead to the VP, Head of mRNA Scientific Planning, and Head of Worldwide R&D Operations at Pfizer since March 2018, where Bains has enhanced strategic planning and ideation time and led equity initiatives for 40 colleagues. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the Chief Talent Officer and VP of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Pfizer, as well as executive support positions in various organizations, including Ovid Therapeutics and NYU Langone Medical Center. Bains possesses considerable expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College and ongoing education in Court Reporting at Plaza College.
