Silver Chen is an experienced professional with a robust background in pharmaceutical management and access strategies. Silver’s career includes significant roles at Pfizer, such as Manager of Reimbursement Strategy and Sr. Director of Regional Access Lead for Asia, where Silver successfully launched new products and developed comprehensive pricing and reimbursement strategies. Silver's expertise extends to managing market access strategies in emerging markets and enhancing oncology medicine access across multiple regions. Prior experience includes leading the Instrumentation Department at Michelson Laboratories and consulting at Irvine Analytical Laboratories. Silver holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, an MSc in Biochemistry from Auburn University, and a BS in Applied Chemistry from Peking University.
