Simon Hancock

Simon Hancock is the Leadership Ecosystem Design Director at Pfizer, where they manage the Site Supply Chain encompassing various operational functions including planning, GMP and NPI material management, and logistics. Previously, Simon held several roles within Pfizer, including Drug Substance Vaccines Director and Supply Chain Director, leveraging their expertise in SAP systems and Lean methodologies. Simon began their career in warehouse operations at Irish Distillers before joining Pfizer in 2002, contributing to the startup of the Grange Castle Biopharma Campus. They hold a Tech Dip in Applied Biology and a BSc in Human Resources from Technological University Dublin.
