Stefanie Keyte, M.Ed, CCP, GRP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global compensation and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compensation Processes, Analysis & Technology at Pfizer since June 2006, Stefanie leads the compensation strategy and oversees governance and operations in the US and Puerto Rico. Prior roles at Pfizer include Director of Global Compensation for Emerging Markets & Established Products and leading global HR reporting and analytics. Previous experience includes managing global compensation and executive programs at Ametek and teaching as a lecturer at Gwynedd-Mercy College. Stefanie's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.
