Stepchenkova Olga has extensive experience in human resources and compensation and benefits, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Kazakhstan and C&B Project Leader for Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus at Pfizer since March 2011. Olga's roles at Pfizer have included overseeing compensation and benefits market research, analyzing external economic factors, and ensuring effective administration of HR systems and expatriate management processes. Prior to this, Olga worked as an HR Specialist at Pfizer from 2008 to 2010 and at Gazprom from 2006 to 2008, focusing on salary adjustments, employee benefits systems, and recruitment processes. Olga holds a Global Remuneration Professional Certification and degrees in Finance Management and Philology, supplemented by language studies at the University of Cambridge.
