Stephanie Lam

Stephanie Lam, SHRM-SCP, is a results-driven and strategic human resources leader with a proven record in multiple business industries and HR functions. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Pfizer, Stephanie has previously held key HR roles at organizations such as Boeing, Seagen, and P.F. Chang's China Bistro. They have spearheaded various HR initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion efforts and Mergers & Acquisitions, while demonstrating expertise in HRIS and LMS implementation. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master's in Communication Management from Emerson College.
