Stephen Avgerinos

Stephen Avgerinos has over 16 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Pfizer since June 2007. In this role, Stephen focuses on growing and supporting direct and matrix reports in technology transfers and process improvements for late-stage and commercial assets. Prior positions at Pfizer include Manager, where leadership in global tech transfer for biosimilars was provided, as well as roles as Downstream Manager and Upstream Manager. Initial experience was gained at Abbott Laboratories through multiple summer research associate positions, concentrating on cell culture and purification processes. Stephen holds an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
