Steve First

Steve First is the VP of Global Benefits at Pfizer. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the benefits field. Steve started their career as a consultant at Hewitt Associates in 1996. Steve then moved to Watson Wyatt Worldwide in 2001, where they were a senior consultant until 2005. In their current role at Pfizer, they are responsible for designing and administering employee benefits programs for Pfizer’s 80,000 employees around the world.

Steve First attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics.
