Steven Foster, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles in top organizations. From June 2011 to June 2017, Steven held positions such as District Operations Director at JCPenney and Store Director at Dicks Sporting Goods and Walmart. Most recently, Steven served as Senior Human Resources Leader at Amazon from October 2022 to February 2024, where significant achievements included enhancing employee relations and overseeing operations for over 6,000 associates.
