Suhas Vasaikar

Suhas Vasaikar Ph.D., MBA, is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in bioinformatics and computational neuroscience. Notable positions include Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, focusing on neuronal apoptosis assays and neurodegenerative disease networks, and Senior/Staff Scientist at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, where contributions included developing the EMTome platform and analyzing metastasis in cancer. At the Allen Institute for Immunology, leadership was demonstrated in managing multiomics analysis of COVID-19 patient data. Previous roles also encompass significant research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Baylor College of Medicine, contributing to cancer treatment strategies through integrative proteogenomic analysis. Recently, Suhas Vasaikar has been appointed Associate Director at Pfizer.
