Susan Gross

Susan Gross is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in external communications and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Emerging Markets & China External Communications at Pfizer since October 2016, Susan leads a global team of 30 communicators to enhance the company’s reputation and achieve business goals across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at Honeywell from April 2002 to October 2016, including Global Director of External Communications & Brand, where responsibilities encompassed corporate brand strategy and marketing communications. Susan’s earlier experience includes managing public relations and communications at Energizer Power Systems/Moltech Power Systems, focusing on corporate recognition in the rechargeable battery segment. Susan Gross earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 1998.
