Thomas Xu is a leader with deep expertise in global supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement at Pfizer since 2020, Thomas leads a global team of over 300 individuals and has been vital in ensuring the resilience of the company's supply chain during the pandemic. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions, including Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning at Pfizer from 2014 to 2020, and Director of Supply Chain Operations at Medtronic from 2007 to 2013. Thomas began their career as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at STERIS from 2003 to 2007. They are also pursuing a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Miami University.
