Tim Baffi, PhD, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from Claremont McKenna College and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Sciences from the University of California, San Diego. With significant experience in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors, Tim began a career in research as an intern at BioMarin Pharmaceutical and Genentech. Tim continued to develop expertise in molecular pharmacology during a PhD program at UC San Diego and furthered professional growth as a postdoctoral fellow at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology. Following this, Tim held roles at Pfizer as a Senior Scientist before advancing to the position of Principal Scientist in the Oncology Research Unit, specializing in tumor biology.
