Tim Spillane

Tim Spillane, CPA CIA MBA IAP, is a seasoned finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. At Monster, from December 1999 to October 2007, Spillane served as SVP Finance, Deputy CFO, and Chief Risk Officer, where responsibilities included establishing a global internal audit function and a corporate ethics program. Since February 2009, Spillane has held the position of Senior Director, Risk Management & Compliance at Pfizer, successfully developing a comprehensive global compliance function that achieved an 80% reduction in audit findings over four years. Spillane holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in Financial Risk Management from New York University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting from the University at Albany, and an MBA in Finance from The O'Malley School of Business at Manhattan College, where Spillane was class valedictorian. Additionally, Spillane completed Pfizer's Executive Training Programs in Business Leadership.
