Tom Norman

Tom Norman, DGSA, serves as the Manager of Global Dangerous Goods Compliance at Pfizer Inc. since 2016, where they oversee compliance related to hazardous materials. They previously worked at FedEx Express from 1994 to 2000 in various roles, including Senior Instructional Design Specialist and Senior Safety Specialist in Dangerous Goods Administration, contributing to training development and dangerous goods policy updates. Tom holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
